AREAS OF GLOBAL HR SEGMENT

HR INCUBATION BUSINESS HEADQUARTERS

In response to the severe talent shortage expected in Japan in the future, we are developing a talent introduction business that serves as a bridge between overseas talent wishing to work in Japan and Japanese companies in need of such talent. Additionally, we provide education in the Japanese language and culture, support for companies in receiving and retaining employees, and operate matching media for overseas IT talent. This division is committed to continuously creating new value related to the "recruitment of overseas talent".

Expanding Japan's Overseas Talent Employment Market and Solving Japan's Social Problem of a Declining Labor Force

We are focusing on industries that require urgent measures to address the social issues that Japan faces, particularly the aging population and shrinking labor force, by supporting the employment of 'IT engineer talent' for DX (digital transformation) and 'caregiving talent' to support the aging population. Despite the growing demand for employing overseas talent, language barriers, acceptance anxieties, and limited opportunities to meet talent act as hurdles, causing delays in initiatives by many companies.

We aim to solve these challenges with our new overseas talent employment support service that combines language education (Japanese & English) and acceptance support, utilizing our assets such as language education capabilities, support for employing overseas talent, and international networks, to expand the overseas talent employment market.

As of 2023, we are particularly focused on India and Indonesia, having signed MOUs with government institutions and partnerships with about 40 top engineering universities in Bengaluru, India's Silicon Valley. In Indonesia, we have established exclusive contracts with workforce placement agencies and signed MOUs with over ten vocational schools, building an excellent talent supply system in caregiving and IT fields.

We intend to continue creating new problem-solving solutions required by the HR market and aim to support the creation of new value in the HR domain for companies.

Supporting Japan's Future in an Era of Multicultural Coexistence Through Global Talent Education

In today's society, where ICT continues to advance, the concept of 'national borders' is becoming obsolete, and the acquisition of talent across borders is progressing worldwide.

In Japan, where a serious population decrease is predicted, the presence of global talent is indispensable not only for conducting business with an eye on overseas markets but also as a measure against the declining labor force due to the aging population and low birthrate. Consequently, globalization within Japan is expected to accelerate as the utilization of foreign labor is considered.

Leveraging nearly half a century of experience and know-how in language education, our company will continue to provide training for corporate personnel development and support ICT English education in schools through ALTs and online English conversation services. Additionally, we will contribute to providing educational opportunities for global talent development by supporting those who wish to study abroad.

Furthermore, we will continue to provide Japanese language education to facilitate the smooth acceptance of the increasing number of foreign workers in Japan, promote a society that flourishes through multicultural coexistence, and will collaborate with the in-house department handling inbound business to create synergies and make a lasting impact on the market.
